Mr. Greenspan graduated from St. John's U. School of Law 1979, Dean's List 1978-1979. He practiced at a commercial real estate firm from 1980-1981, at a general practice firm from 1981-1982, and at a commercial litigation firm from 1982-1984. He was In-House Counsel to a Commercial Insurance Brokerage from 1985-1987. In 1984 he opened his private practice which concentrates in:

• Estates and Trusts, from document preparation through administration;
• Residential Real Estate, encompassing sale, purchase, and re-finance; and
• Taxation, planning and preparation for the Individual, Estate, Fiduciary, Corporation, Partnership, and LLC/LLP.

• Member of New York and Florida Bars
• Certified Financial Planner
• Published articles in a monthly, national newsletter.
• Presented, and was a guest panelist at, Estates related Workshop/Seminars before audiences of 30 to 1200 (Meadowlands Convention Center, NJ) and was a featured speaker on an Alaskan cruise on the Regency Cruise Line.
• Appeared as a guest on a nationally-syndicated live talk-radio show, answering questions about estates, real estate, and taxation.
• Reviewer for "Estate Planning" chapter in Everyone's Money Book by Jordan E. Goodman and Sonny Bloch.
