"I provide an alternative to the limitations of an indoor center or utilizing family or friends to supervise, which could put the child at risk and can lose the "neutrality" of the case, which can be emotionally stressful to the child. Professional supervision can assure the continuity of the parent-child relationship, while protecting the child's safety, and can prevent the visiting parent from further allegations."

To provide a safe, secure and pleasant environment for children and their parents and report on the visit in an impartial manner.

• $55 an hour door to door from San Mateo to San Jose
• No extra charge per child
• Consultation intake available for custodial parent and child

• No charge for summary report or questionnaire
• Charge for in depth report if requested by the Judge, Family Court Services, Special Master, or child's attorney
• Factual observations only; no opinions, conclusions or interpretations

• Choice of locations: the park, the beach, home visit if court approved, zoo, bowling, miniature golf, ice skating, movies, etc.
• Child centered / interactive visitations
• Parent modeling, supportive, guidance if necessary
• Ensure safety in the home
• Flexible hours, days, evenings and holidays
• Adherence to the Guidelines of the Judicial Council of the State of California, effective January 1, 1998
• Home Inspection when requested
• Cellular phone use for visitation emergencies

Signed by all parties; liability waiver for Marie O'Leary to drive the child if necessary.
